• Check in at 13 p.m.
• Check out at 11 a.m.
• For stays less than 3 days, the final cleaning cost is: € 40.
• For stays of 3 days or longer, the cleaning is included once .
• For stays of over one week, a weekly cleaning service is included, as well as the sheet changing.
Included in the rental price:
• Water and electricity
• Hi Fi (reasonable volume please!)
• Changing of bath towels every 2 or 3 days
• Quiet and peaceful place.
• Waking up in the morning with birds singing and maybe an unexpected visit by the neighbor’s dog.
• Please note: There is no air conditioning. There is a fan (which is normally enough)
• 30 % of the total rental price in advance, in order to confirm the reservation.
